Before you write

Will I go hungry during the Reconnective Detox?

No. It is not a fast: you eat abundantly and deliciously.

Do I need previous experience, or to stop working?

No. The Reconnective Detox requires no previous experience and no time off work.

Is it online or in person?

The Reconnective Detox is online. Solar and Lunar Breathwork is in person in Atenas on Mondays. Free Movement and Stillness is on Fridays, in Atenas and online. The Solar Tamaleada and the Retreat are in person in Costa Rica.

Does it replace medical care?

No. The School's experiences do not replace medical care.
